Food and Style with an African Twist

Africana

Hello, welcome and thanks for visiting.  Hope your week has been great.  Last week, life took over and I just couldn't find the time and energy to blog and because I didn't want to go another week without posting, today I am showing one of my custom made africana outfits.  I know, it's a quick one but I hope you like the outfit. I promise to be more chatty next time.

Thank you for reading and have a lovely week!!

  9. I know what you mean about "life taking over," dear Elsie...I had a similar thing happen to me the past two weeks!! This dress and head-wrap combination looks so festive; and the colours are gorgeous with your complexion!! We've had an African designer open up a shop just down the street from where I work...I should pop in one day and have a look!! XO

  11. Thank you for wearing this wonderful dress and your special pieces for us, Elsie. Reminds us what a complete and international beauty you are! The pale streaks in the fabric give the illusion of shine and texture ... such a perfect golden yellow. You skin just glows in it.
Hope you busy week has been better than mine, and I know what you mean ... sometimes it's all you can do to just show up!
