Hello and welcome to The Cooking Wardrobe. I am so glad to be back, after my involuntary social media detox.
After my last post, I went to Ghana for two weeks. It wasn't planned as such but I am really glad I was able to make it. It turned out to be a lovely family reunion. I caught up with my aunties that I had not seen in a long time, one of them since 1985. They haven't changed much but they obviously thought I had changed a lot (can you imagine? Its only been just under thirty years). They say time flies when you are having fun and I can testify to that. The two weeks went by really quickly but I had to return because I had my exams for the semester the following week. (The exams story is another post in waiting).
This dress was custom made for me in Ghana and I had to rock it for my return post. Thank you so much for visiting, let me know if you like the outfit in the comments box and I will come and visit your blog.
