A Navy Off Shoulder Blouse

Off the shoulder tops are trending everywhere these days.  Oh wait, they've been trending for a while now as super serious fashionistas have been rocking it and displaying their fabulous photos on social media, especially Instagram,  but us fashion laggards have only just noticed or perhaps had noticed but were waiting for the sales to come along so we can join the queue.

On Saturday, I had to drop Twenty Three off somewhere early in the morning so I decided to pass by the shops on my way home and came across this top and thought to myself, why not?  It was only $25, I loved the fabric and yes it is off the shoulder.  Winning!!  I have styled it with these indigo colored pants, navy heels and my multi colored necklace for extra pizzazz.

    Oh Elsie! Just love your humour. Well', just for comfort you are ahead of me now as am also a fashion laggard . I haven't rock an off shoulders top yet.
