A Confession + Long Sleeve Crop Top and Jacquard Pencil Skirt

My dear readers, it is with great shame that I must confess to you all that at the ripe young age of forty plus years, gosh this is hard, you all bear with me a second while I wipe a tear away.  Yes, as I was saying, with a deep sense of regret that I must tell you all that I am a Pokemon go player.   Okay, okay, sorry to disappoint you if you were expecting to read something else but please consider my age and don't judge.  Well, it all started about three weeks ago when my work colleague was talking about it and how much fun it was to play and I made the silly mistake of downloading the game unto my phone, my friends, since that day I have been running around my house trying to find these things and my lunch breaks are spent battling teenagers off poker gyms.  The sad part is that I told myself that I will only play it for two weeks and that was it.  The other day I was about to delete the game with a sad heart when Nine said "but mama I like to catch them when you are driving" well, well, that was enough to change my mind. My arms and back hurt from playing this game yet I am hooked. Ahem, I just got a clever idea, I think I am going to start a Pokemon rehab centre because this is going to be a problem down the track.
Now that you are privy to my dirty little secret, let's talk about today's outfit.  You all know I love simple and classy outfits and this crop top and pencil skirt from Cue ticks all the boxes for me.  Both new to me and the blog.  *Cue is currently having a 70% sale at Myer.  Every style lover's dream of lying to yourself that you are saving while spending and I don't have to hide it for a few months because the hubs loves sales and he thinks I am saving too, Yay!  I have styled them with black heels from Wittner and a purse that was gifted to me a few years ago.

*This is not a sponsored post, I just felt like telling you all of the sale.   Thanks for reading and have a lovely week. xo

  3. When you said your arm and back hurt from playing PokΓ©mon go, I was going to tell you it is an indication that Nine should be the only one playing that game in the house. Then you mentioned the rehab center, and was like why am I the only 39-year-old who started and deleted that game from my phone? You look stunning doll. I love the skirt!
