Pulled Corned Beef

Happy Sunday TCW readers.  Today's recipe is one of the easiest recipes in the world. Well any recipe that one can just leave on it's own in a slow cooker for between seven and eight hours is my kind of recipe.  We felt like pub food today and I rose up to the occasion with this pulled corned beef which we had in rolls with coleslaw, chips and sweet potato crisps.

The ingredients I used are: 3kgs corned beef (silverside), 750ml ginger beer, 1 whole garlic bulb, 1 tsp pepper corns, 5 dried bay leaves, 1 small brown onion, 1 habanero chili.
Rinse corned silverside and put into slow cooker then add all of the spices
Then pour ginger beer over beef, cover and cook on high for seven hours
It will look like this after seven hours
Remove and pull using two forks.

Enjoy!
