Cream Silk Dress

Hello and welcome to The Cooking Wardrobe.   How are we all doing?  Great, I hope.  I am doing just fine, thanks.  Today's outfit I wore to church.  The dress, I bought when I was pregnant with Eight and the clutch and sandals have been around roughly about the same length of time in my wardrobe.  This dress is silk, very soft with this long extra material thingy that I have to wrap around myself and make it look like a belt.  Apart from that, its a beautiful dress which will be partying in my wardrobe for many more years to come.

Thanks for reading, let me know how you will style this dress in the comments box.  Have a fruitful week. xo

  8. It really is a beautiful dress. I like it both wrapped and not, alas I figure it gets a bit tedious having the sash on the ground ;-) But I'm sure there's a way. Oh I would be playing around with it all the time. At any rate, either way you are looking lovely in this dress :)

    Have a nice week.

  19. Wow Elsie, this dress is beautiful and you look dazzling in it! White dresses are always the epitome of summery dressing for me. I love how you wrapped the two long straps around your waist like a belt, it gives the dress a touch of "ballet dancer" I reckon.
I enjoyed this post and the lovely photos!
Have a good week despite the weird weather at the moment! ;)
