Sierra Leonean Peanut Sauce - One Sauce, Multiple Possibilities

Disclaimer:  If you can't handle hot food this sauce is not for you

Hello my wonderful TCW friends, it has been a minute 😂😂.  No apologies though as I made a decision a while back to focus more on my family and slot blogging in if I had the time and energy to do so.  Being in quaro has it's benefits I kid you not.  The boys and I have travelled the world with our eyes watching netflix shows and I can unashamedly tell you all that we have come to a conclusion that bollywood movies are so bad, they are good.  We are hooked 😂😂.

With time being on my side, today I decided to take photos of this peanut sauce and share the recipe with you all.  It is very hot and also very yummy.  I usually have a jar in the fridge as it goes well with any meat and can add a bit of extra deliciousness to your meal.  Are you sold yet???  Scroll down for the recipe.

You will need 1 large brown onion, 4 cloves garlic, ginger, 2 stock cubes, 2 tbs peanut butter, 2 tbs tomato paste, 1/4 cup dried bird's eye chili, 1 cup oil and salt to taste
Go right ahead and chop the garlic, onions and ginger
then put all the ingredients except the oil in a blender
 and blend into a paste
with the stove on high, heat the oil in a medium sized pot
then add the paste and cook for 10 minutes
Let it cool for a few minutes, then spoon into a jar and enjoy with beef, chicken, fish, tofu, the possibilities my friends, the possibilities.
