A Lifestyle Blog With An African Twist

Fruity Colors

Oh the joys of themed style sharing.  This week's theme at MIS PAPELICOS is fruits.  Yes, fruits!! How I love to eat them but to wear them, that's another story.  I also love seeing them on other people but I have not mustered up the courage to do so myself.  So when I saw this week's theme, my reaction was, oh no, I don't own anything with fruit prints and I had no plans to go clothes shopping.

The rules state that you need to give your own interpretation of the theme and that is what I have done with this outfit.  Going with the colors in my fruit bowl, I used this bright colored (fruity, right?) scarf to wrap my head and brought in a bit of company for the scarf with the earrings.  Love it? Love it not? Let me know in the comments.

Thanks for reading and if you haven't already done so, follow my blog for more.

  9. Your outfit represents a it of Chanel and tropical fun. Perhaps what Coco would wear while vacationing on a remote, private island. Conservative, but fun!
